Established in 1992 ASR Electric has become known for their dedication to their

Department of Design and Construction and Federated Department Stores,
ASR has been involved in some of the areas most prestigious projects over the past 14 years.
OEM’s new facility at 165 Cadman Plaza East replaces the agency’s former headquarters
destroyed on September 11, 2001. The OEM headquarters project called for a gut renovation
and addition to the former American Red Cross building. The facility offers approximately 65,000 square feet, and includes a new 130-agency Emergency Operations Center, Watch Command, a press room with a direct feed to every news channel in New York, general office space, and training and conference rooms. The building is supported by state-of-the-art audiovisual and information technology systems and full back-up generation.
